מחיקת חשבון Qivuna
מתוך האפליקציה (הדרך המהירה)
- פתחו את Qivuna.
- הגדרות ← פרטיות ואבטחה ← מחיקת החשבון.
- אשרו. אם הפעלתם אימות דו־שלבי, תתבקשו להזין את הסיסמה.
החשבון נמחק מיד, וכל המכשירים המחוברים אליו מתנתקים.
בלי גישה לאפליקציה
שלחו מייל אל support@qivuna.com מהכתובת או עם מספר הטלפון שרשומים בחשבון, עם הכותרת „מחיקת חשבון”. נאמת שהבקשה באה מבעל החשבון ונמחק אותו תוך 30 יום לכל המאוחר.
מה נמחק ומה נשאר
- נמחקים: השם, שם המשתמש, התמונה והביוגרפיה; מספר הטלפון מנותק מהחשבון ומשתחרר; כל ההתחברויות; מפתחות ההצפנה שפורסמו; הגדרות האימות הדו־שלבי.
- נשארים אצל אחרים: הודעות ששלחתם נשארות אצל מי שקיבל אותן, כמו בכל אפליקציית מסרים, ומוצגות מ„חשבון שנמחק”.
- יומן פעילות האבטחה של החשבון נשמר עד 180 יום ואז נמחק.
Deleting your Qivuna account
In the app (fastest)
- Open Qivuna.
- Settings → Privacy and security → Delete my account.
- Confirm. If you use a 2-step password, you will be asked for it.
The account is deleted immediately and every signed-in device is signed out.
Without the app
Email support@qivuna.com from the address or with the phone number on the account, subject “Delete account”. We verify the request comes from the account holder and delete it within 30 days at the latest.
What is deleted and what remains
- Deleted: your name, username, photo and bio; your phone number is detached and released; all sessions; your published encryption keys; your 2-step settings.
- Kept by others: messages you sent stay with the people who received them, as in any messenger, shown as from a “deleted account”.
- The account's security activity log is kept for up to 180 days and then deleted.
